I feel very spoiled. I went to two out of the three games during the
Civil Right Weekend at Great American Ballpark. One loss, one win, but both were great games. I don't remember the last time I went to a game without my kids, though!
Joanie and Josh invited us to go with them in a game that ended up putting the Reds on top of the Central Division. It rained a good bit, as you can see in these pictures, but that didn't make it any less enjoyable!
And before you start feeling too bad for the boys, Grandpa R. mowed a baseball field into their grass in the backyard that made the boys' week! Chances are though, they would have cried about the rain at the stadium, and as everyone knows, there's no crying in baseball.
